In books--

A family member of mine is reading Reaper Man by Terry Pratchett, which sounds like a really awesome book about an awesome character that has appeared in most (or all?) of Pratchett's Discworld books. From what I've gathered, it's about Death, or the grim reaper, or whatever you call him. He gets replaced by a new reaper and goes to work on a farm/inn, while the new death isn't doing his job very well and life forces are everywhere. Very funny, from what she's told me.

In food--

Want a milkshake? Got chocolate ice cream? Got a blender? Put several scoops (four or so for two small cups) and some milk in there, and mix. Yummy. :) A variation: use vanilla. Another variation: use vanilla and add one packet of jello mix for flavour. *Yum* You probably already knew this, but if not, I've shared the wealth. :P
