Recently read I Am Regina by Sally M Keehn for a school assignment, really good book. It's about a girl who is captured by indians and learns to live with them; at first she thinks of them as barbarian but when she is given a different viewpoint of the white people that makes her unsure of what to think.

In food--

Panera Bread (aka Panera's) is an awesome restaurant... do you have one near you? *Grins*

In TV--

If you don't have anything against cartoons, As Told By Ginger is a really good show that is on Nickelodeon every day (weekdays @ 5PM EST, weekends vary). A really good ATBG site is Sheltered Shrubs.
