This section eventually became much too large to house in the writings section, what with there being 95 links and a total of 106 poems here when I finally moved it here.

This is poetry written by yours truly. A lot of this is also in my blog (at least, most of the older stuff)... everything's © Adrienne Wolter 2002-2004, and you MAY NOT TAKE IT. Taking anything someone else has written, even on the internet, is PLAGARISM, and it can be punished to the full extent of the law.

So, what does that mean? Don't take it. This is NOT free stuff that's been passed around the internet for years. This is all completely exclusive to ¡Adriennewolter.com! because Adrienne Wolter (I) wrote it. I hope to publish a book of poetry and short stories and memoirs and stuff sometime, and some of this will definitely be included. So, hands off.

This is the majority of my 'recent' poetry... meaning most anything I wrote when I was age 12 and up. When I finally realized that poetry needn't rhyme, lol. Most of this doesn't rhyme, some of the cornier ones do (and a lot of the newer ones from 2004 do - I've been thinking in song format lately). Some of them are positive, some are obviously outlets of anger, some are extremely negative, some are expressions of situations I've not been in, and most all of it is reflections of parts of my past.

This is all organized in two ways. The first is alphabetically. The second is by date, and the poems I do like have a little green marker in front of them (if there's two, it's among my favorites). The ones I think are okay have a yellow marker. The ones I don't really like all that much have a red marker. That's mainly just to let you know, if you're in a hurry and can't read all of it (I mean, *sheesh*, who could? That would take some serious dedication), what you should read and what you shouldn't bother reading. Generally the poetry from more recent times is better than that from years ago, etc.
