--This site and all of its content is copyrighted... meaning you may not take it or redistribute it. Everything on this site belongs to me unless otherwise noted.

--If you'd like to comment my site, go right ahead - please sign the guestbook or e-mail me. I appreciate all comments except flames with absolutely no reason behind them. If you like my site, great. If you don't like my site, and have suggestions for its improvement, that's welcome too.

--I made my layout by hand, in a program and with some html I've picked up. Please do not copy my code - make your own site, it'll be more original! I have a how to make a website page here.

--This site is rated PG to PG13; I do mention or refer to some things which may be considered offensive. Just thought I'd clear that up. If you discriminate, git.

--Do NOT direct-link. This is stealing my bandwidth, which I pay for. Host them on your own site.

--The dolls, blinkies, buttons, backgrounds, graphics, etc. belong to me unless I've said otherwise right there. All of my graphics are copyrighted. You may use those which you allowed to on your site, but do not recolor, resize, or in any means change them and claim they're yours. I require a link back on every single page you use them on.

--If you wish to adopt my dolls, you may, but please only adopt ones that can be adopted. This is the majority of them, but anything I've given or recieved as a gift may not be adopted. If you adopt ones that may be adopted, be sure to link them back to http://www.adriennewolter.com/.

--My art was drawn completely by me. It is automatically under copyright, and you may not take it or put it on your site.

--The calendars provided in the [In]Sanity Check or in the you section are yours to print and hang on your fridge, wall, etc.; however, you may not post them onto your own site.

Writing and Poetry

--All original fiction and poetry on this site belongs completely to me. This includes but is not limited to Trapped in My Mind, all of my poetry, anything in the [In]Sanity Check, etc. In addition, the plots and original characters in my fan fiction are mine, and the basis of the fan fiction belongs to the author of the book/TV show.

--You may not take (aka plagarize) any of my work. In fact, you can't even take it off this site. It is mine and I don't wish for it to be archived. I have submitted some of it to publishers, in fact.

--Please do not borrow ideas for poetry. They are my own.

--And DEFINITELY do not turn in my work for school or to be published under YOUR name - that's ILLEGAL and you can be EXPELLED for plagarizing! It's happened before and not for the last time.

--The characters and XPoo are all my original creations and may not be taken. Marginville, Margin Man!, and Marginville High are copyrighted to me as well.

--The actual comic strips were created by me and may not be taken.
