Summary: Redwall
is a castle that was built by various small animals in Mossflower. In
each book, there is a different hero, and most of them take place in a
different timeframe. By the end of reading the series, you've pieced together
the history of Redwall Abbey and its inhabitants, but each book is a great
stand-alone as well.
Review: I've
really enjoyed the series (well, what I've read of it so far), and they're
great books for any age group, but they're probably easiest to understand
by someone at least 10 years of age. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead
of five is that in some places it seemed a little bit slow (for me, at
least), and some parts aren't really too important to the plot of the
book. Altogether, however, I really enjoyed reading the series.
