Book: The Color of Magic

Summary:
Rincewind, a failed wizard who only knows one spell but has no idea
what it does, is told [or, rather, made] to be the tour guide
for a rich tourist from the Counterweight Continent named Twoflower.
This is so because Rincewind knows his language, and the island would
gain wealth if Twoflower was pleased and more tourists came.
Instead of some gentle tour, however, Rincewind ends up leading [and,
more often than not, following] Twoflower around Discworld, trying to
convince the bumbling man to avoid socializing with dragons and giant,
one-eyed monsters.
Review: My introduction to Pratchett, and very possibly one of the best books I've ever read. Pratchett has a very unique sense of humour, and his writing is excellent. I will be attempting to read the sequel, The Light Fantastic, shortly.
