Draw a *Picture*!

The Draw a Picture contest is a contest of creativity. Entries are judged by a panel of several judges, including myself, my brother, and a few friends.

The prize can be one of the following:

A custom 88x31 button set including a blank button and up to 12 premade buttons for different sections of your site (ie, guestbook, you, me, site, etc.)... credit must be given to AW on a credits or links page and set will be displayed here but made unadoptable
OR five custom link buttons and/or linky blinkies for your site with optional animation... credit must be given to AW on the page you offer them and they will be displayed here
OR a three-month temporary link on AW's main page.

The benefits are amazingly cool, I know. ;)

On to the rules.

RULES (uh oh):
~Your entry must be made by you. Duh.
~Submissions MUST be sent to the e-mail address adrienne AT adriennewolter.com in .bmp format.
~Include your name (what you want to go by on AW) and URL in your e-mail, and the image as an attachment.
~Please put your initials in the bottom right of the image submission. They can be small, I don't care, but make sure they're there. I want it to be harder for people to get away with taking your images from AW.
~That reminds me. Anything you send, you agree to let me post on AW and show to the panel of judges.
~Image must be PG-rated.
~If you incorporate a doll base other than the prep dollmaker kind, you must give me the url of wherever you got it from.

This contest will close to entries when I get 10 entries. I will say when that is on the update blog and on this page. The entries will then be posted and judged at our own pace. (Don't worry, it won't be too long.) The winner will be contacted. Second place gets a two-month link on the contests page. All entrants get awards - there will be first place, second place, and participant awards. :)

Now, the actual *challenge*!

You must draw most of the things in your image. No googling-cut-and-pasting, it's not all that creative. The things must have some order to them - for instance, they can't just be floating or sitting in a line - organize them in an image. Your image may have more than just the required items, too.

Start with an image that is 600x400 pixels or smaller.

Your image must have at least eight out of the following:
-a picture of the Mona Lisa [it's a painting, if you didn't know] somewhere. It doesn't have to be blatantly obvious.
-a lampshade. On a lamp, off a lamp, all irrevalent... just a lampshade.
-a hat with a feather.
-red eyes.
-a vase with one flower.
-a lava lamp.
-a chair.
-a snake.
-the number 17.
-a calendar - turned to September.
-a leg.

In your e-mail, you must include a list of what is in your drawing and where (it will be posted with your entry). Please be specific if it's not very blatant.
