Time: Evening... it usually starts at 7PM EST... I do believe that is 4PM Pacific Time, 5PM Mountain Time, 6PM Central Time, 12AM GMT, and 11AM on the following day in Australia. Double check these times though, I just think I'm good at changing times. *Sheepish*
Wear: While sitting at the computer, you can wear whatever you feel like. You can dress up in pretty clothes and makeup and stuff (applying to only the females, one would hope), or you can just wear normal clothes or PJs. Up to what yooooou feel like doing. :)
Where: It will take place in the Bravenet chat room.
Who: People who like Harry Potter. :D If you have some friends who aren't members of AH who enjoy Potter and are civilized (and can act appropriately in a chat in which anyone, including children, can attend... people in chat can be ignored), go ahead and invite them if you wish - it's a fun little gathering, not an elite club. :)
What: It's a big event at AH, and it's the third annual one. You should know that a word surrounded in *stars* usually indicates that the person who said it is acting something out. There'll be 'food', 'dancing', and a DJ (Eloria Felton, possibly - if not, then someone will fill in probably)!
